Select from our library of ready-to-go articles to customize your monthly ezine. This will be your unique combination of articles (two per month), chosen each month by you. Each issue also includes recommended reading, a quote, a cartoon and your personalized promotional section of upcoming events and/or special offers. All you have to provide are a brief introductory message and whatever promotional items you want that month. Price includes a license to archive each issue on your website.

OPTION 2—YOUR EXCLUSIVE CUSTOM CONTENT

If you prefer to write all your own articles but want to stop at that, we'll pick it up from there. Each month, we'll create all the HTML for your unique, exclusive content that you send us, proof it, send it to the contact list you provide us, send you a link so that you may archive your newsletter on your website, and provide follow-up metric reports. It pays to let newsletter professionals take care of your newsletter each month. (NOTE: The price is slightly higher than the Mix & Match option, because our work is 100% customized for you.)

Other information you'll want to know:

SET-UP: This initial, one-time-only fee covers the creation of your newsletter templates with your photo, logo, list of services, bio, contact information, newsletter name and more. The templates are custom designed so that your newsletter matches your website. Changes to these templates in the future are charged by the hour. Set up also includes email verification, so that our email delivery service can send your ezines out with your email address in the "From" field, and providing you with subscribe button code for your website. Details of exactly what we need need and the format we need them in will come in your welcome letter after you sign up.

EVERY MONTH: Each month, you'll send us your personalized promotional material, regardless of the content option you select. If you're taking the Mix & Match option, you'll also send us your two article choices. If you're using our Exclusive Custom option, you'll also send your own article(s) and other material. More details of each service will arrive in your welcome letter.

DELIVERY: We use a reputable email distribution service to send out your ezine on the first of every month. Delivery services include: automated database management (subscribe and unsubscribe functions, which you can add to your website), reply delivery, and assorted metric reports (open rate, click-throughs, viralocity). Though open rates are not guaranteed, it’s been our experience that our ezines have significantly higher-than-average open rates for this industry.

FOR YOUR SUBSCRIBERS: Your subscribers get a monthly email newsletter from you, and see your email address in the "from" field.
